CWT Resolve

Worldwide customer service tracking system

 

A powerful and global Web-based tool that enables CWT to provide consistent and timely problem resolution as well as reporting on customer service. It streamlines the process of receiving feedback from travelers and travel arrangers in multiple formats—by telephone, email, or written correspondence. CWT travel counselors can access the tool directly and use a “Quick Log” feature that allows them to quickly log feedback from travelers and travel arrangers, placing it in a workflow queue to be accessed by a customer service specialist for research, analysis, and resolution.

 

 

CWT Connect

 

Carlson Wagonlit' has developed its own travel portal, called CWT-Connect. It is designed to be a one-stop site for travel managers, travel arrangers and travellers alike. This new product is actually used by more than eight (80) of our customers in Europe.

The main benefit of the CWT-Connect portal is that it offers an integrated approach for companies to manage their travel programs online, instead of having to bundle together the products from disparate Web sources.

The portal is divided into four sections. Clients can opt to have as many or as few of them as they wish.

Section 1. The booking section, offering a choice between Carlson Wagonlit's E-mail trip request system, the Carlson Wagonlit Travel @visor, or an online booking tool. Carlson Wagonlit can integrate our client's own choice of booking tool.
Section 2. En Route allows travellers to amend itineraries while travelling and is intended to include Wireless Application Protocol functionality.
Section 3. Post-Trip, provides travel managers with online access to Management Information, plus the ability to look up invoices and manage complaints.
Section 4. General Services provides a profile management tool. Future developments will include an e-bidding facility for putting city pairs and other travel requirements out to tender with suppliers.
